I'm trying to select this Diety as a Drow Cleric and I'm unable to. I've tried male and female and all of the alignments. Any Ideas? (I also made a drow cleric with darkness and chaos and was also unable to select her in Game.)

Zinzerena's domains are Death, Evil, Chaos and Trickery (not darkness. Actually should be Death, Luck, Chaos, Trickery imo).
Allowed clerical alignments: CE, CN, CG.
Since Zinzerena was added to this server and is not a NWN2 default deity, it is possible no-one has ever tried choosing her before and thus there are some script errors. One of the devs will probably take a look once they've read this thead.
