Paladin builds?
Gonna wear fullplate and carry a warmace. Must be able to cast 4th level spells so no mere paladin dips. Won't use bluff/hips/other sneaky stuff. Any ideas?

Paladin 30, EDM, monkey grip because you want a shield. Divinate kit.

DEX 8 and add 4 lvls of Man-at-Arms.
The Avernus Shop has a Monkey Grip Towershield which you can buff up to +5 AC with a Paladin spell.
So TowerShield Profiency may be better than MonkeyGrip for you...although -2 AB.
MaA gives access to the Tumble Skill for a potential +3 AC instead +1 AC without Tumble class skill.
It gives +1 AC via Shieldblock and +1 AC via HA Optimization.
Also Challenges, Mocking Challenge and Demoralize Opponent work well with a high CHA/EDM build (22 or even 24 base Charisma). With Paladin Spells you can even buff your CHA up to 30/32.
Guarding the Lord seems also very fitting for a Paladin play. Not sure if you get it though. Wiki states that you ll get it on lvl 6 and on lvl 2...

Re: Paladin builds?
You have to meet the prequisites . Like Feat: True Believer for Divinate.
The paladin class has a feat which is called Class kit pick or so. Drag the feat into your hotbar and activate it. A dialog will pop up allowing to choose a class kit. You get your first class kit the next paladin lvl.
Class kits are considered to act like Base class else. So you get bonus feats for epic paladin lvl 23 and 26, regardless of your kit lvl. Also full spellcasting and turn undead and lay on hands and so on. Some kits loos base class features: like Divinate looses Smite Evil.
Kits dont count towards the maximus of 4 classes you can have.
