Unfortunately that is a side effect with all custom feats and that is why previous attempts into fixing EW were not implemented. However, once you activate the mode, you dont need to worry about ew any more

After the crash I got the feat isn't useable for 23630 seconds message. I thought those were history? Not that it is hard to fix, player-side.
