That's how most the doors appear out there (the one in the screenshot "open").

A little bit unhinged.

EDIT: Oh, and I tried that door, and now I am stuck inside.

EDIT2: 'was' stuck inside until I teleported, was thrown off-course by wards, died, fudged and got back to Gloura's (i don't mind)

Still, something with the doors is weird.

I will also add that the entrance to the Har'ols Den is missing so you can't enter this location anymore.

The first one looks to be just another door accidentally placed. Easy fix, as long as that is the issue!

Yeah, I've received tells from people who've got stuck in Darkwood houses but I guess they never sent in screenshots and I've had no clue which houses they were.

In my case I think it was the one closest to the non-portal entrance to darkwood, going up a road, up a hill and on right hand side.
