Inspirational Boost Issue

There is a problem with the bard spell Inspirational Boost. If you cast it and then select another spell to be cast before Inspirational Boost completes, then the followup spell will fail. I've tried this with various different spells lined up to be cast right after Inspirational Boost, and all are affected.

It seems to take longer for Inspirational Boost to complete than other spells. The VFX seems to take an extra few seconds to go off. I wonder if this delay is causing the problem.

The workaround is to simply wait until IB completes its VFX, then begin casting followup spells. But it would be nice not to have to worry about this, especially for those bards who are unaware of the issue.

Noting this as a problem for me as well.

I've just put that particular spell at the end of my buff sequence.
