soubar caravan offers ride to kheldrivver, no out, takes gp

ask the soubar caravaner for ride to kheldrivver. he says it will be 60 gold, you have no out dialogue, (nevermind, or something like that), and then he takes 60 gp, and nothing happens.

Probably because the Kheldrivver map got axed some months after Bloodlust's plot, and no-one bothered to report/fix that Ol' Bart still cons folks into believing he will take them there
