Goblin riders keep coming back to life.

GOblin riders - the ones with the blades have interesting quirk.

Killing a goblin rider spawns a goblin. (to simulate rider falling without the worg). This is normal.

Killing that goblin... spawns ANOTHER goblin. (bug?) The new goblin seems to have better weapons and wields a tower shield.

The last goblin doesn't come back to life, though.

I've seen this too and forgot to report. There's basically two goblins on the worg when there should only be one.

Cast Phantasmal Killer/Weird at them and you kill them all in one go

Given their spawning pattern I'd say it is one more goblin sitting on the shoulders of worg rider.
