The problem is that auction prices for the tomes are downright insane at the moment, even for non-deciphered tome, which is sad and crazy at the same time.
So, I probably won't be actually buying them any time soon.

After hunting these things for what seems like months on Osric, my alt finally found one in the goblin caves north of Beregost. And then another one in less than 30 minutes in a different dungeon. I was so elated.
Of course, after deciphering both, neither of them had anything useful.
