Harp of dreams - confusing bug?

Hi hi,

if i use that item, i can't see, that my toon holds an instrument, nor can i see any animation.

But for other players and on screens an animation is clearly visible. It looks like the toon kinda plays air-guitar.^^

Is that a bug? Can it be fixed somehow?
