Hey Folks!
I've been working on some builds a lot lately, and I came up with this one. Its unusual for me to request/accept critiques/advice so early in the building process, but with this one I can't come up with much more, and with my good friend Hendrak off for the evening, I am turning to you folk.
Build is meant to balance the heavy crits of a Scythe-focused WM with some defenses and holiness. Carefully skirting those Paladin levels/alignment restrictions.
Note: I have no intention of taking shields at any point in this build. Do not recommend them, as it would break the style of gameplay I am going for. No dual wielding Scythes, either.
In fact, we're taking Monkey Grip off the table altogether.

Why bard? Why not rogue and get 14 dex so you can have evasion and expose weakness?
I understand that people want to play twohanded weapon wielders, but you must realise that it's going to suffer with regards to defense. There are some ways of mitigating that suffering. Dervish offers static +3 AC, for instance. Going gish and so have spells to provide AC buffs is also a way to go.
But I gather that usually when people ask for these kinds of builds, they want as little magic as possible. So maybe what you're looking for is a glass cannon? Supreme damage and relying on killing the enemy before it kills you.
If you're dipping into paladin, though, perhaps go the EDM route and also pick up divine shield. It is a situational AC buff, but it makes a great difference in those situations.
Something like fighter18/wm7/paladin5. I know at least one person has played that (although with scimitar focus). It hits like a truck and with a scythe crit, you'd be doing around 70 damage just in divine damage, on top of all the strength, power attack and fighter feat damage.

Consider instead Rogue 3 / Fighter 12 / Divine Champion 10 / Frenzied Bezerker 5. Take Able Learner for 30 Tumble, DEX at 14 (like DG says), IPA to get Enhanced Power Attack of FB to grant +20 dmg per hit. 10 Divine Champion will also give you +5 EB, 5 DR/- and +5 Saving throws, for 5–10 rounds every 5 minutes, depending on how much you sacrifice to your CHA.
Don't forget Valefort's favorite Feat: Steadfast Determination. And Expose Weakness cheese as well!
Your AC with full buffs from UMD and possible extra feats should easily get to 50. Maybe higher. It'll hit often, and hard. And Supreme Cleave from FB is about the fun-est Feat out there, for a melee character.

All good advice, some more than others. I particularly found the WM7/Paladin 5/Fighter 18 as opposed to the current to be a really interesting concept.
I hear a lot of mentioning on scimitars. Now, scimitars are great, but I'm going to implement a few more restrictions.
Let's start with the weapon of choice:
And a racial restriction:
And finally, let's lock in at least two classes:

Two Handed Weapons Only.

Human Master Race
And finally, let's lock in at least two classes:
Fighter and Weapon Master MUST remain.

I think you would do better with this. You have saves, damage and 50 ac when thf. You can use scimitar for both thf and with tower shield for that 50+ ac when you really need it.
Edit: Sorry, didn't see your last post.
Edit: what about monk with quarterstaff and greater flurry? So 11 monk / 12 fighter / 7 WM.
The problem you have, when choosing WM, is that WM does not add damage as it only multiplies what you already have in the build, and just having fighter is not enough of a damage base to make the most out of WM. Trying to supplement the rest of your available levels for saves, damage, and ac is difficult to say the least. That is why, the prior suggestion of using Dervish is helpful, but not enough to cover the bases you are looking for. (IMO, of course.)

I know you said you wrapped it up but I thought i’d Share a build I had made about a month ago that actually just fits your criteria.

Weapon of choice is up to you but if I made this build tomorrow i’d Pick longsword for the nine lives stealer.
