+% is hindering.


chain casting could be a problem (there was a problem if used directly after an inspiration).

Dont know. I chain cast with my Druid all the time.... If that is casting bug. Why it happens only to Bard ?

Probably due to you activating inspiration... I think there is a window of spell failure after abilities... which causes spells to fail.
