Shout out to the Candlekeep Avowed PCs and friends for great RP over the last couple weeks. Today (or rather yesterday now with how late I'm up) was excellent! Props to the players of Alexandra, Emrys, Thrandlwyn, Diane, Wesmille, Nez, and Michael for recent rp. There are many more characters and experiences my 'little lady' Halruaan has RPed with, and it's been a blast!

Smoke billowed from the Courtyard of the Order of the Radiant Heart Chapterhouse this day. The rumor stands that a masked tiefling - a demon cultist who summoned a succubi - was forcefully apprehended in the vicinity of the Friendly Arm Inn by Ser Anthem Arnemeiger. After arriving at the Chapterhouse in manacles the tiefling was burned at the stake by magical fire until he was dead.

His blackened bones were buried in a shallow, unmarked grave in the Baldur's Gate graveyard.

A big thank you to all those present today at the funeral pyre of Horkas Penderthas!

If not for your diligent commitment our friendship this day he would have never been laid to rest with the proper respect he deserved!

His budding career was so suddenly ended at the hands of Aspect of Sorrow. Who taught him the true meaning of sorrow.....Got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and he paid for it with his life!

To you meat head do gooders! You would never catch me without the server admin to help ya!

Seriously though thank you to everyone and to the PC player of Faylar thank you for working out our differences like adults on this! I think we handled this superbly in the end! I want to thank you most of all for our conversation!

Oh, last night was so much fun! It’s been a while since I stayed up until four a.m.! Thanks to Calad, Wesmille, Thrandlwyn, Maurmeril, Willun, and V’rass, and then later Ssinyrr and Brax, for great adventures and laughs.

Calad gets extra special kudos for laughing OOC at my various IC quips and also for being super clever.

Also, while I’m here, dedude and his dynamic encounters system are the best!

I would like to leave a HUGE thank you to Scitus for tonight's RP. I gave him free run with coming up with Rania's heritage, only giving him bare bones on her and he came up with something so perfect and that touched on so many aspects of her that I oocly was amazed and impressed. The RP line he picked up on started back in June and is still ongoing and tonight, he just gave it an entirely new avenue to travel. Thank you so very much. I am very excited for the new life you just breathed into it, and looking forward to much more RP with you and around it. Kudos to you, sir.

I would like to thank our developers (I am told a lion's share should go out to Valefort) for the new market and improvements to the Eastern gate. The market is -awesome- looking, a great backdrop for future RP, and the more open feel of the gate is just nice in general. It always felt a little cluttered and squished, now it looks like a proper sprawling city. Nice call on moving Mudd's out of the palace district too.

Thanks to Nathan and Oth for the recent RPs. Alyrra might have been angry and upset at the end of that, but I enjoyed the sessions just the same. Not sure where her RP will go from here, but we'll see.

Here's a big shout out to DM Mimic, Lunchbox, and Tremblant for the super fun event last night! It's been a long time since I have really felt that cooperative tabletop feel, and by the time that shield flew true, had it been a real tabletop game there would have been dice and cheetoes eeeverywhere!
