Amnizu and improved disarm

One of the new devils has improved disarm. . and -stole- Thedran's sword. I'm curious if this is working as intended, I thought disarm returned the weapon to the wielder's inventory?

Definitely not intended, we try not to put Disarm on creatures for this very reason. Do you know what kind it was that Disarmed you?

Named "Amnizu", was short and grey. Used fireball, delayed blast fireball and mirror image that I remember.
