Hello, I’d like to ask and clarify a few things regarding scrying, particulary between players.
Since Scrying and Greater Scrying are actual in-game spells using them is ok between players with all parties consent, correct? However the actual in-game implantation of the spell functions different to it’s pnp counterpart focused on a area rather than person. Is it ok to use original pnp conditions when using it or do we have to get in the same area?
Scrying items particular cannot be done as the spell focuses on person or this case location?
As such is a dead character considered object(item) or person?
The scrying sensor shares casters sight, hearing, sense of smell(?) and spells that alter or boost these? I.E sensor cant see in the dark if you can’t etc.
Is it possible get a DM ruling regarding scrying between players? And until such is done can we continue to do this ourselves as we have done?
Questions and clarification regarding scryig.

Re: Questions and clarification regarding scryig.
If there is no DM supervision what you have is what you get.
For functions of scrying that aren’t covered by its in-game implementation you’ll need DM supervision.
