Highest known CL requirement for named summons?

What is the highest caster level anyone is aware of to be able to summon a named being? The wiki suggests that the highest level for a named summon is a 26 HD Elemental or 22 HD Outsider. Do we know if the caster's caster level needs to be the same? Are there any summons that require a CL of 30?

Highest required caster level is 24 (so far). Lowest is 1.

Dedude is right; I was asking about the CL of the caster, not the level of the summon.

Do you know if the CL requirement includes Practiced Spellcaster?

It does. It uses the same CL calculation as other spells.
