Quillfire: Claims to do d4+1 per missile. As a Warlock power, always does 1 damage.
Repelling Blast: Claims to knock down monsters for 4 rounds. Only actually does it for 1.
Dark Premonition: Claims duration is 1 round/level, doesn't seem to wear off with time. Hard to tell without a visual effect or buff icon when cast (like Freedom of Movement/Spell Resistance.)
Anyone tried Dreadful Word? Seems really good if it works as written.

Fixed Quill Barrage, it should be working in the next update. (Though it already does more than 1 damage if you have more than 2CL, just the first missile wasn't working).
The duration for Dark Foresight is set to minutes per level instead of rounds per level, we'll leave it as a minutes per level for Warlock QoL and fix the description to indicate that.
Repelling Blast's description indicates the following:
I have not tried Dreadful Word, so I can't give you any help on the last one I'm afraid.

Repelling Blast's description indicates the following:
Note that it's 4 seconds, not 4 rounds. So that's not actually a bug, it simply lasts less than a full round. This eldritch essence invocation allows you to change your eldritch blast into a repelling blast. Anyone failing a Reflex save is knocked down for 4 seconds.

Re: Bugged Warlock powers (or their descriptions)
I tried Dreadfull word some time ago and it couldn't affect undead (it was treated as mind affecting spell), but that was before Chaos was introduced. So if now Dreadfull word could be made to mimic Chaos, it should work as described. I didn't try Chaos, though, if it realy works on mind-effects immune people, so can't say. Dreadfull word worked more like Confusion.
