I made this build because I thought it would be an interesting build.
It would seem like a build not that many would've considered so without further addo I present you: The Bard of Death
The build is: Bard 10 / Pale Master 10 / Stormsinger 10.
I would like to hear your thoughts on this build, and especially if you have some suggestions on how to improve it. The idea behind it is to have the undead minions attacking while the bard stands behind them debuffing or damaging th enemy. Furthermore, was the idea to have the darkness spell cast in the general area where they're fighting to give the undead an even better chance at survival. Additionally, as far as I'm aware, undead are immune to electricity which makes it possible for the bard to use the stormsinger abilities to attack the same enemies the undead are fighting without fear of hitting the undead minions of its own.
Thank you.

Palemaster Summons. Right. Actually sounds fun!
If I had ever gotten around to creating this guy, it would be good laughs having the two pair up!

I guess make sure Augment Summoning feat works with Palemaster summons because the feat itself says “summons from spell book.”
And Bard doesn’t have many Necromancy spells, so maybe focus on Enchantment? Or, if the Focus Conjuration line affects your Palemaster summons, go Epic there.
With a potential 32 DC on Enchantmet, you throw out a Mind Fog then a Hold Person, Mass, letting your Summon pummel your foes to death. Well, unless the spells also apply to your summons, then....

Augment SummoningSteve wrote:I guess make sure Augment Summoning feat works with Palemaster summons because the feat itself says “summons from spell book.”
Specifics: Each creature you conjure with a summon spell gains a +4 enhancement bonus to Strength and Constitution for the duration it is summoned.
This should at the very least affect the summons, they may not affect animate dead, though I believe they're treated as summons too.
True, though I do think they affect the pale master's summons, so if someone knows, please to verify this.Steve wrote:And Bard doesn’t have many Necromancy spells, so maybe focus on Enchantment? Or, if the Focus Conjuration line affects your Palemaster summons, go Epic there.

- Immunity to all mind-affecting effects.
- Immunity to poison.
- Immunity to sleep.
- Immunity to paralysis.
- Immunity to stunning.
- Immunity to disease.
- Immunity to death effects.
- Immunity to critical hits.
- Immunity to nonlethal damage (this is not entirely relevant for our server).
- Immunity to ability drain.
- Immunity to energy drain.
- Immunity to damage to it's physical scores (str, dex, con).
- Immunity to fatigue and exhaustion.
- Immunity to any effect that requires a Fortitude Save (unless the effect also works on objects or is harmless)
Hmm.. so it could be worth considering spell focus (enchantment).

Re: The Bard of Death - Thoughts?
I would advice you to go for a Bard 20/Palemaster 10 build. At bard level 18 you get the "Legionnaire's March" song that shares highest BAB among all party members and also grants +4 damage. Combine it with your level 20 Bardic Inspire Courage and Inspirational boost for additional +5 AB and Damage.
If Palemaster allows you to have several undead simultaneously, through the Animate Dead class ability, it could be quite interesting... indeed. But sadly I do not have a clue about Pale Master summons.
