A red-bearded gnome, better known for his song than anything else, is set up with a small makeshift trade area near Blunt in the Eastern Farmlands. His packhorse Tulip, a small gathering fire, and the plucking sound of a mandolin mark him from the others.
He may lazily show the following goods, though he isn't desperate to sell them:

Re: Eastern Farmlands - "Oswaldo's Grand Goods"
Several folk come and go from the fire, all interested in the same thing - the amulet. He agreed with one gentleman earlier on a trade - a sum of coin and a canary diamond - but is in a hushed conversation with another prominent merchant at present..
"Well two diamonds are better than one, aye, but diamonds are just pretty things. In my experience the prettier they are the more expensive they are in the end."
The gnome laughs to himself as he thinks back on a few 'pretty things'.
"I have my eye on a few things in the Wide, however, so coin alone may be acceptable for the right amount."
His final line he says intentionally louder than the rest.

*Those in the Wide may have seen the gnome speaking with an impressive-looking elf, shortly after he no longer mentions the amulet*
