Server Crash - Logging in and Connection Timed Out

I have internet access. My local PC nwn2 port is not shared. I have game.bgtscc.net as the direct connect. I'm using the client extender. When I don't use the direct connect and instead look at the list of servers online, BG is showing as offline (looking in history).

This is bizarre. I have not seen this before.

I have turned it off and on again.

What to do?

I could ping the server and got reply as well. Friggin routers.

The negotiation that fails sometimes gets stuck on the edge device.
