Circle also now has the 'create binding circle' option, so it currently would have a lot more than 4 choices.NegInfinity wrote:Yes, only 4 choices. Vs Evil, Vs Good, Vs Law and Vs Chaos.Valefort wrote:I'll switch it to vanilla radial, I suppose there are only 4 choices ?
Switch to vanilla radial would be much appreciated.
It would make sense to add similar switch to "magic circle" (same deal - only 4 choices), but I haven't been using "circle", since last time it made my char look like an orbital strike target.
Either way, thanks for looking into it.

Circle will likely not be changed, vanilla radial spell is limited.

Ok you are doing it valefort? You will have to add chaos and law to the nwn2 default master spell list I think.

Re: Protection from Alignment
Right now it creates medium/large/huge Calling diagrams, which can be used for roleplaying "summoning outsiders".aaron22 wrote:what does a binding circle do?
Orginally I added this as first step to make planar binding more p&p like. A caster would have to bind a creature and negoiate succesfully with it, before he can summon it in combat. This would be required only once for each summon and would lift the alignment restriction in exchange for a skill/bribe/offering system.
However right now I do not plan to continue it so circles are only for roleplay. And before you ask, calling diagrams are a default feature of the circle vs alignment spell (google srd20).

Re: Protection from Alignment
Hmm, how about moving "binding circle" into 5th option? It should fit into radial menu this way. It doesn't look like this is an option that is going to be used often anyway.Valefort wrote:Circle will likely not be changed, vanilla radial spell is limited.

Thanks for fixing this. The dropdown menu is now back and it is much more convenient.
