Constitution Bug
Having just one constitution item equipped now deals damage on each log in. This used to happen with two or more constitution-boosting items, but never with one. It's a very new bug.
You are fined one credit for a violation of the Verbal Morality Statute.

Think you are right. Noticed that almost everybody is damaged in the Nexus these days
