Tiefling tail?

Tiefling tail?
Hi guys, I just made a new toon that is a tiefling male, and I tried to get a tail from the sign at the nexus and nothing happened? I've seen a few players around with tails and Im wondering if I did something wrong or if the sign is broken?

I think you have to relog.

It is supposed to boot you automatically. If it didn't just relog and you should have your tail when you come back

Looks like the sign is broken? I have tried clicking and relogging but that doesnt seem to work

It probably is broken if it's not booting you. I'll flag it for the developers.

Wasn't broken, was disabled while we were determining root causes of frequent crash events.
