I do not know how common Dreadpirate is, but the requirements change, I think some characters might have the grounds for 100% RCR.

Depends on what has changed. However, that decision would be with the Admins based on what change (if any) is implemented.

Just bringing it up, because depending on how deep you are in a build, you might not be able to grab the requirements for the next level.

That's me. Going to wait and see. It could improve my rogue who has amazing skills like escape artist chosen on top of the geographic knowledge and feels the squeeze.
