Hey guys, just a friendly reminder. When you are making a request, or anything of the sort, I highly recommend that you CC the entire DM team in your pm. That way you are minimizing the chances of your PM slipping through the cracks, and you ensure a measure of transparency.

This is for sure the bestest way to get your PMs answered in my experience of 4+ years here!
I would also add that you do need to pester sometimes a bit and resend weekly in the nicest way possible!
