Kicked out and Fined

Just got kicked out of FAI for the day and fined 500gp for casting. All I did was walk in, get some stuff from storage and walk out.

Some potentially helpful information;

Linela, is a Bard/Warlock/Stormsinger. I had just logged in and traveled to FAI via the nexus. None of my bard affects, or any spells were active. I merely logged on, walked in, walked out, and was banded and fined.

While I was in FAI ((for all of 4 minutes)) I checked Mudd's, stored some items and rested because it looked like my armor bonuses were bugged and resting normally clears that. No casting, no healing potions, no wards, no singing, nothing.

Having spoken with other players it seems that this is well known to be buggy at best, triggering on players that don't even have any caster levels.

For gear I have mithril half plate (no bonuses), a set o +4 armor bracers, a +4 deflection helm, +3 dodge boots, a cloak of the spellblade, and a +3 STR amulet. I had no wands, and no cursed items on me.
