Ranger Weaponmaster

Unread post by A Small Cute Cat »

I've got a very, very rough idea sketched out in my head for this. Looking at something like 20 ranger, 7 weaponmaster, 3 fighter. Dual wielding short swords for this.

Are there any essential feats I need, outside of the pre-reqs for WM?

Should I drop some ranger levels to squeeze rogue levels, and/or additional fighter levels in?

I think you will be better off without those three levels of Fighter.

Okay, thanks - I'll give that a try.

... On that note, is there any way to shave off some exp so I can drop a fighter level?

If there is a DM online, you could ask them to remove experience points from your character.

You could also wait for server reset, ask someone to hold your stuff in Nexus, talk to the RCR NPC to delete your current character, and then create a new character to claim the experience from that RCR NPC.

If your character is under level 10, you lose no experience. But for every level above 10, there is a cumulative 5% experience penalty up to 50%. A level 11 character would only get 95% of their experience, and a level 20 character would only get 50% of the experience. (You cannot normally RCR a character to be above level 20.)

Anyhow, I would probably create the new RCR character in advance. If the current character is named as 'Bob Ross' - I would name the new character as 'Bob Rossi' and later ask a DM to remove the 'i' at the end of the name. This lets you finish RCR faster, and whoever is holding your stuff for you doesn't have to wait so long.

Gegenerally speaking the players here are trustworthy. But you can hit 'prt scr' or 'Print Screen' button on your keyboard to take screenshots just to be sure.
