Hello everyone!
I am building a DC Sorcerer mixing in the new Dragon Disciple class and Blood Magus.
So I will end losing 4 caster levels and then needing to take PSC to retain the max CL for DC.
That said I have a question:
Since PSC won’t affect the spells known and per day and if I recall correct there is no improvement after level 20 regarding spells known and per day, will I be able to reach the full spellcasting progression?
I mean, I will end hitting effective level 20 at level 21. Will this allow me to pick the third level 9 spell? Or will I stop scaling at 20 with effective caster level 19?
Thank you guys!!

You'll end up with full progression and CL33 (when using blood seeking spell and blood component).

Re: Question about caster level and spells known
Spellcasting progression no matter the source stacks up to level 20, after which it just increases your caster level. Thus you will know all three level nine spells once you have all 20 levels of spellcasting progression.
And yeah, with the information given, your build should be able to reach caster level of 33 with both Blood Component and Blood Seeking Spell active. You get a +1 Epic Spell Caster bonus to spell DCs at caster level of 32, so you might actually leave Blood Component turned off.
Edit: Oh well... at least it is a +1 post for me. Too slow this time around.
