Small hin named Zoop places auction for one shiny gem, it is blue diamond apparently.

"Alright we gonna start from 80 bags and it will last only for a day"

Vala hears word of a blue diamond up for auction and makes her way up to Soubar. On arrival she smiles happily to Zoop and asks the price and if she can see the blue diamond, assuming everything is in order she agrees to the starting price and offers 80 bags.
