Conditional Examine tool

This new feature looks extremely cool and I can't wait to experiment with it, but I can't figure out how it works. When I click at "Publish" button it says that my new description is saved, but in fact my character description doesn't change.

Look at your conditional description instead of the standard examine.

EVentually I hope to merge normal examine, this one, appraise, and disguise in one same thing but for now that's how it works.

But there is no way to see this conditional description at other characters (we have tested it in the Nexus for like 30 minutes), there is no such option as "Conditional description" when I click at other PCs, and Examine/Appraise options are not affected by the editor.

Can confirm.

We were able to use the tool on ourselves but could not see conditional desciption as an option on other characters.
