Mark Rune not wiping Rune

Just tried to wipe a teleport rune, by casting Mark Rune on it again.
It didn't appear to work.

Can anyone else confirm this?

If you haven't already: Try moving the rune to another slot in your inventory.
The description doesn't update until you do something to trigger it.
If you've already done that then I have no idea.

Check that the first rune in your inventory wasn't wiped.
