Donation crate = Trash can
Donation crate at the Friendly Arm Inn is used as a trash can 99% of the time. There is an actual trash can in few feet to the right, but nobody uses it. I suggest swapping positions of these two containers (or any better solution if you have such).

Sure, I was going to suggest that myself since it seems players can't walk 10 paces to put trash in the can
