Intuitive Attack and Glove EB bonus not applying (sorta)

Noticed this starting about 3 days ago.

I log in, even after a Reset, and my gloves with EB +3 aren't applied to the AB of my monk. I unequip the gloves, then reequip them, then the Character Sheet applies the EB bonus, then...it subtracts the bonus!!!

Over and over again!

Only by Resting does the Gloves EB finally apply correctly. Obviously, this can be annoying if you log out and/or in during the Rest Timer, or a crash forces such, or if you are in an Area without a Rest point (and oh does a monk need that AB man!!!).

Any ideas if this can be solved? Cheers.

A byproduct of trying to improve server's stability, will be back to normal next update.
