Given what info we can glean from Freddy vs Jason, Jason is pretty clearly a, undead barbarian in his early 20s, level-wise.
Freddy is...more difficult to pin down. Probably some sort of rogue, undead-templated, with a weird prestige class for dream-jumpery. A variant of Ghost-faced killer, perhaps? Similar level, though.

For the answer to this you have to look at open source d20. Modern d20 in particular. I remember a homebrew book I found somewhere that had a serial killer class advanced class. The level 10 abillity was called sequel. It allowed the char to reincarnate 1d4 years after being killed.
