Changing Base Hair

1. Create a new character.
2. Ensure it will be the race, subrace, and gender of the character you intend to duplicate it's hair to.
3. Proceed through character creation as you normally would, on the last step ensure that the first name is hair , the last name is blank. Make sure it is the only character in your vault named hair.
4. Log in.
5. Log out.
6. Log in with the character you intend to copy the hair to as the target.
7. Open the bio editor of the target character and add !:hair to the description. Save.
8. Relog as the target character, your hair should transfer. You can remove !:hair from your description.

Minor complaint, but if one has " tail" and "!:hair" in their bio, it only adds the tail. I just removed " tail", and it swapped the hair. Then, I put " tail" back, and relogged for my tail. But figured I'd just drop a fyi.

How are we to change hair models for air genasi when default hair options are severely limited? Is there a plan to open up the hair styles to all races in the creation? As well as giving a better hair color option at the creation screen or am I missing something like using a barber style to change it?

When you're done editing the hair, remove the !:hair flag. I may touch it up for quality of life stuff later that does that adjustment for you.

Why not allow this feature for cross-race hair selection? It would bring the long-awaited hairstyle diversity for Gray orcs, Gold dwarves and Genasi *_*

Sadly, not all of the head sizes are the same. The orc heads, iirc, are bigger than the human heads, for example. As a result, most hairstyles would clip on orc heads.
