You linked the wrong wiki page. The link leads to a copy of the old nwn2 wiki page.

The custom domains and spells are linked right at the frontpage of the BGTSCC wiki.

Its always actual as far as i know.

Also on the frontpage of the wiki is the new deity page linked. A somehow actual list of selectable domains for deities.
