New Avatar in the NEXUS?

This is an idea I've been mulling over for a while.

Would it be possible to have a new Avatar in the Nexus that only does de-levels?

It could only work as long as you have no more than 500 xp over your latest level?

(it would subtract 501 xp then re-add it)

This would take some of the meanial tasks off the DM's plate...

considering that DMs arent allowed to delevel people with wizard or blood magus levels there's probably some kind of exploit tied to deleveling people that's prevented this from being added already.

I should add that I would like to see this if it can be done though.

Adding a few conditions is no problem.

There are more RPCs that wont be allowed to delevel. I think the same goes for kits too. Too much trouble and very exploitable
