Reduced cost +1/2 Arrows/Bolts

I'm noticing the +1 and +2 arrows/bolts sold by Thunderhammer are currently priced at 6gp. I'm presuming this a bug/glitch because these arrows are normally price at least 100gp (depending on one's Appraisal Skill)
