Character Details Missing?

I don't know if this is a bug or a change. I haven't been able to find anything about it after searching.

I have an archer and I want to switch on manyshot all the time, but when I right click my character there is no "Character detail" tab for the settings. This is on all my toons. The right click context menu stops at pc tools and it used to have character details below that.

Has this been changed or is it a bug?
