Last saved location not working since last update

Unread post by NawenM »

Hello,

After logging in on Sunday, 6/17/18, I noticed that there was a small update.

And I, along with most everybody else, have noticed that after speaking with Mystra or Shaundakal in the Nexus that the option to spawn into Last Saved Location is no longer available.

Could the staff look into that please? Thanks!

Could it be that the first time you log in after the update, all saved locations were erased? But after the next Reset, the function will return? Sometimes databases of this sort get reset when an update occurs (based on past experience).

Yeah, all my characters were treated as new arrivals too. Did someone test if the beginner quests have reset too? Actually, I might just do that in a moment...

Edit: No.

None of my characters home locations, or rest locations, are working either. Last night I tried binding one to Nashkel as home location, but it didn't stick. Basically, every character is treated as a new character by the nexus NPC's after every reset.

*edit* ... I did some more testing, rested before and after using a home town location widget, and the nexus NPC's still don't remember home/last locations.
