Then why not walk around summoning undead without worrying about getting slayed?
If the text is this color, I am on duty, everything else is just my humble opinion.

Because Invoker's statement is slightly inaccurate. If you are seen doing a crime (such as creating undead on duchal lands) you are KoS.

More imporantly, you're outing yourself as a necromancer and subjecting yourself to a lot of hostility. Not going to get a lot of friends that way, and certainly not any position of influence outside of maybe the Zhentarim (but even there, they don't have much use for people who are practically universially despised outside of the Zhentarim).

Then you'll eventually end up in a PvP where you die. And another one. And another one. And so on. Until the character becomes a joke, like so many others before it.

I'd say your statement about mine is inaccurate :P .

Find the differences with the above:
Hawke wrote: Actually I just read the rules again... I couldn't find the Kos rule for being seen to create undead. I am sure it is there somewhere.
If you spotted the missing "on duchal lands" you can look with optimism at your future as a lawyer.

The PvP rules prevent you from attacking anyone in lawless lands, no matter what they do. Civilized lands aren't many.

You aren't, if you wear a mask.

Yeah, those people should retire the character way before ending up like that. Agreed.

That is exactly what is going on, presently.
This twisted culture got you feeding from its hand
But you will lose that food if you don't meet all their demands
And loyal is the soldier that gets slaughtered with the lambs
Examining the blueprints got you questioning the plans

I totally agree with it (experienced it myself). On the other hand, current PvP rules can easily be abused to the degree when you become invincible no matter what you do (except blatant godmodding). Technically, you can walk away / relog / start OOC whining, and it makes PvP over. It is not a theorycraft, this is what happens more and more often. Everyone is still free to kill your minions with no warning anytime though.

I saw them on the travelling merchant near the northern Entrance. Just go through each vendor item category. If they are not there anymore... Don't know where.

Thank you! I did find it at the traveling merchants in Beregost. It's called the "Black Skull" and sells for 5000gp. 2 uses per day of desecrate.
