Hello, sorta new player, Have tech issues with CD KEY:)

Hello, sorry to bother you but im relatively new to the server but have a couple of characters, I keep trying to join the server at 15:00 UK time, but since I reinstalled NWN2 buying a full set from GOG.com it keeps booting me when I attempt to join the game, no matter what character I choose, is there any particular reason for this? Or does it dislike my new cd keys with the same multiplayer account?
