New Feat: Sniper
I would love a new feat that allows sneak attack when using a bow from any distance.

Considering the issues with OOBI sneak attack damage applying on ranged precision I'm not sure how possible this is.

Perhaps a feat that doubles the sneak attack range from 30 feet to 45 or 60 feet? It could be a Rogue Bonus feat, and possibly alternative prerequisite to Epic Precision. Perhaps the feat could be called 'Precision' and it would not stand out all that much.

Order of the Bow Initiate used to have this functionality before it was changed (for the worse, arguably) about 2 years ago, although it was limited to a single Ranged Precision attack per round which added all relevant damage modifiers (including Sneak Attack, if applicable).
