Rules

Not everyone likes them but they sure do make things easier for everyone involved. While i try to be lenient and give people the space to be themselves i do have some rules to make things easier for everyone and reduce the risk of someone inducing the Wrath of DM spell.

Respect - Not just for me but for other people involved in the event, we are all here for a good time so try to be nice to one another. if you have a problem there are ways to handle it.

Take your time - Its not a race to see who can beat who at killing the monster or taking the loot! everyone will get a chance to do something so long as they are able.

Think outside the box - Creativity is important to me, want to try and think your way around a problem with a different approach by all means ask! I'm more than happy to accommodate people within reason of course, cant have anyone blowing up a city without permission!

Death & Resting - Nobody is dead unless i say they are, If someone is "Dead" please don't resurrect them without first asking. As for resting please ask first.

On a final OOC note - Anything seen here is not considered public knowledge, if you were not there or not told about it in character then as far as you know it never happened.

Cursed Mirror

A loud scream rings out in to the night sending a chill up the spine of those in the graveyard at this late hour, The brave adventurers move in deeper towards the source of the scream perhaps hoping to aid a person in need. They are met with wave after wave of Undead, seemingly drawn to the point of emanation of the woman's shrill cries. A body lay broken one the ground, she is beyond all help, in her left hand a beautiful mirror is found.

One of the members of the group rushes over and picks up the mirror without a second thought, a terrible chill runs down his spine, sweat forms as he can barely contain the feeling of horror and dread. A few moments pass, the holy knight of the group demands the mirror be destroyed. They throw spell and sword at it to no avail. Seemingly defeated for now they wrap up the cursed object and head out of the graveyard, leaving the broken body of the woman laying where it fell.

Shortly after in the relative safety of the farmlands the mirror is bought out once more and a remove curse spell is cast, the energy in the mirror dissipates leaving it a simple hand mirror once more.

Was this just a random trinket or perhaps it is part of a more sinister plot? Perhaps its true what they say and looks really can kill?

Trolls on the move

A large group of trolls had been spotted moving long the Northern Trade Way, Judging from the various reports it would appear they had come down from the Troll Hills (not to be confused with the troll claw) It is unsure where they were heading or what their purpose was. After the initial scrap with a group of adventurers who had answered the call to Arms a stunningly good looking fiend had appeared from the shadows to congratulate the brave adventurers on their victory, Unfortunately some members of the group were not interested in talking to the Fiend and sensing she was outnumbered she simply blew them all a kiss and with a giggle disappeared back in to the shadow. Was this all part of some elaborate scheme or simply a coincidence?

The Giant Rooster
A small group of adventurers were spotted over near the refugee camp by the Radiant Heart building having an altercation with a rather large group of chickens. At the head of this gathering there was a rather large Rooster which had appeared to knock a hole in a nearby coup letting all the farm animals run loose in the area. One of the men known as Gaven stepped up (albeit after some friendly shoves from his comrades) to confront the rooster and after a battle of intimidation (which involved them both getting larger and larger in size) The rooster towered over Gaven, pecking angrily at him and making a rather loud ruckus. Gaven not to be turned away by the creatures size summoned all his strength taking a full swing at the giant beast, single handedly slapping the 10ft rooster so hard it exploded in a cloud of feathers leaving nothing but a pair of giant smouldering feet. Gathering up his trophy the gang gathered up the remaining animals putting them safely back inside their homes. Thus the legend of Sir Gaven is told.

Somewhere, secluded and shrouded in secrecy.... someone is plotting their revenge.
