It is probably the server's custom spell learning system. In other words you need to study a spell... You toggle something on, and cast a spell. It could be through reading a scroll, or drinking a potion apparently.

Or RCR the character before a reset and take the exp after the reset happened, much simpler but might require... patience !

And as AoS said, there really is no need to try to max out your spellbook. I have never used most of the spells in my book, and I have played a few wizards over the years.


in the same way you said : if you know what is usefull you wont need all spells at all.

How many can you learn per day anyway...

you cant claim that every spell you knew are used on a basis schedule... you will use maybe 3... or 4 different spells per lv most... basically... and if you use special built character and only use RP spells for your character... then maybe 1 or two per lv...

so.... well...
