I do not think Death Attack does, not sure about Bodyguard, Blackguard or Wilderness Stalker.
Pretty sure Phantom and Rogue use the same sneak attack line, so maybe they stack/qualify for Improved Sneak Attack?
I would have to test lots of different builds, probably easier if Chambordini or one of the dev team takes a look at how the feat works in the builder/module.

Re: 18d6 Sneak dice build
I gave this a try... couldn't manage to squeeze any more sneak dice out of it either. Only bonus here is a 40 bluff feint(w/o gear). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There are no level 30's, only level 20's with benefits...

Re: 18d6 Sneak dice build
Forgot about this thread. As an FYI I did run a couple of tests with Improved Sneak Attack. It appears you have to reach 8d6 sneak dice from one class (as I said, didn't test every possible combo). Unfortunately, because of the way sneak dice are handled by the engine I'm not sure if anything could be done about this, even if it was something we wanted to change. Obviously there would be concerns about how much sneak dice some builds could reach if you were able to take it before Rogue or Phantom 15 (which is when those classes hit 8d6 sneak dice).
It is unfortunate that some of the more unique build types that mix things like Guild Thief, Bodyguard, blackguard, Ghost Faced Killer, etc. can't take the feats without those 15 levels in either Rogue or Phantom, but based on what I can tell it is a vanilla issue and changing it would open up some power building issues that would be difficult to deal with. Getting ridiculously high sneak dice is already very powerful since you can pretty much take out any caster mob in the first flurry which with HiPS is quite useful. Taking some of the top end builds and allowing them to add ~28-70 average damage in that first flurry would have some pretty significant implications in PvE and PvP.

@chad
Yep. figured that out myself as well, but was able to mix up my levels a bit to get what I want anyway.
thanks
