No feat selection offered at character creation?

Unread post by Narsil »

Hi all.
Not sure if this is a bug, or if I'm just plain doing-something-wrong.....

When creating a new character (tried both a tiefling and a human) Wizard, neither character was offered to select a Feat at first level.

Nor did it offer to let me select any starting Spells known.
Any ideas what might be going on, including Operator-Error?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Did you click on one of the preset buttons? Generalist etc? If so, it selects spells and feats from a preset list.

Spelling mistakes are purposely entered for your entertainment! ChatGPT "ruined" the fun :(

*facepalms*

OIY !

Why yes, as a matter of fact, I do recall that screen, and quickly hitting "Generalist", in a hurry to get to selecting the "fun stuff" like feats, spells, and skills. I guess I was too focused on making sure I didn't want to be a Specialist. And here I thought my first Wizard build would be easy !

I had a feeling I was overlooking something simple......... DUH..... such a rookie mistake, too.

Thanks a bunch, M3nt , you're a great help as always !
