How would the DC be calculated on a 1/day Dismissal spell on an item (Rod of Celestial Might) that is cast at level 12?
The wiki states "the DC of this spell is calculated like this: (caster DC+caster level)-HD of the affected target"
What would the "caster DC" and "caster level" be for this formula?

Unless stated otherwise on the items description the dc should be 14
