Legend Lore

Heya Community,

I have a question about the Legend Lore spell.

I play a bard, loving it, and when i cast Legend Lore it boosts my Knowledge Arcana, as i expected. But it does not seem to have an effect on any other Lore/Knowledge skill, is this by design? If it is, it does not seem to be specified in the spells description.

Could anybody explain the mechanics/intention behind this pls?
