There is no delay in using taunt. Why you compare it with a casting of a spell. Totally different.

1. Except a 6 second cooldown and 3 second delay.

2. Never compared to a spell, but it does cause a AOO like a spell. I never compared it to spell so I'm not even sure where you got the idea from.

2. It does not cause an AOO if you cast it while the mob is running towards you.

It has 3 second delay and yes I have used it. I've literally mentioned this several times.

Can you describe to me how you use it? I think you are using the taunt skill instead of the feat. There is no 3sec delay
