+4 Int items...Unicorns?

Are there any +4 Int items in game. I see lots of +3 items kicking around but no +4 items.
Can they be bought?
Can they be found?

I'm pretty sure there is some kind of helmet / circlet / bandana with +4 int.

I also have amidst my private loot a +4 cloak and a darksteel half plate of the same, both RIG.

Okay thx for the tips.
..I just dropped some coin on a hat....shoot!
I have the decision of having a lower Int but having an extra 2,3 & 4th level spell plus vampiric feast or +1 DC and a extra 5th and 9th spell.

I'm leaning towards the higher Int and DC because I have a lot of save or die spells.....bur vamp feast...
